We do not recommend filling in P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Because P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses often lead to delivery failure, please fill in the detailed address.

Shipping Method:
Standard Shipping(the shipping time varies from region to region, please see the shipping time according to your region)

We stock in both U.S. Warehouse and China warehouse. We follow the proximity rule and ship orders if the items are in stock in the warehouse nearest to the customers.

Handling time: 2-4 day (Monday – Friday)

Transit time: 7-30 days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Status:
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order changes:
Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.

Item not received:
If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us at support@iaieve.com.

What is the estimated delivery time?
We understand the excitement you experience when shopping online. That’s why we’re equally excited to deliver the product without a scratch and as quickly as possible. While we try to get your product into your hands as fast as possible, all online orders usually take 8-20 days to be there. In extremely rare cases, it may take up to 20-30 days. Like you, our valued staff likes to enjoy life as well. As such, the only times we can’t deliver are Sundays and Public Holidays.

Duties and Taxes:
* Customs fees may be required for some international orders, which will be different in each country. The customer is responsible for all customs fees.

Additional fees must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they will be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs for more information.

* Please be aware that there is a possibility of shipping delay on all international orders. Due to the different Customs regulations in every country, When customs clearance procedures are required, delays beyond our original delivery estimates may result. All these are out of our control.

* Customs in some countries requires the importer of record to provide a certain form of identification before releasing the goods. You may need to provide an identification number, such as a unique identification number, RFC, CPF, or tax ID.
Countries that may require an identification number include Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, South Africa, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman,Taiwan and Turkey.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping fee (Includes shipping cost for shipping and returns)  unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If an exchange is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item(s) to you.

Approved returns will be processed within 15 business days after the items have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
