Yes, It made of 304 stainless steel, easy to clean by hand or dishwasher.
Please heat the chocolate in the drum using hot air from a hair dryer, scrape it into a clean bowl for later use, and then either put the drum in the dishwasher or wash it by hand.

Don't clean the pan before scraping the chocolate into a bowl. You can retemper it to keep coating or use it for something else. Zero waste.
