  • 2 cupsĀ Shelled Raw Peanuts
  • 2 tbspĀ Milk Powder
  • 1/2 cupĀ Sugar
  • 2 cupsĀ Flour
  • 1 1/2 tspĀ Chilli Powder
  • 2 pcsĀ Eggs
  • 1/3 tspĀ Salt

Step 1ļ¼šPrepare the Peanuts

Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 1.1ļ¼šSoak the peanuts in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain.

Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 1.2ļ¼šPreheat the oven to 400ā„‰and then turn it off.

Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 1.3ļ¼šSpread the peanuts on a large baking pan and put them in the oven to dry .

Step 2ļ¼šPrepare the Flour Mix

2.1ļ¼šIn a bowl, Whisk together the flour, milk powder, and salt.

Step 3ļ¼šPrepare the Egg Mixture

3.1ļ¼šIn another bowl, Whisk the egg and sugar together.

Step 4ļ¼šCoatĀ the Peanuts

4.1ļ¼šSetĀ up the Snackcoater

  • Pour the peanutsinto the coating container.
  • Set the machine to its minimum speed and start

4.2ļ¼šAdd a few drops of egg mixtureĀ into the container.

4.3ļ¼šAdd the flour mixture once the peanuts are covered with the egg mixture.

4.4ļ¼šRepeat Step 4.2 and 4.3 until all peanuts are well-coated.

Step 5ļ¼šDeep Fry the Peanuts

5.1ļ¼šSift out any excess flour from the coated peanuts.

5.2ļ¼šHeat oil in a pot over medium heat.

  • Test by placing one peanut in the oil. Start frying when it floats to the top.

5.3ļ¼šFry the peanuts until the coating turns golden brown.

5.4ļ¼šRemove and let cool.

Step 6ļ¼šAdd Chili Powder
