Step 1ļ¼Prepare the Peanuts
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 1.1ļ¼Soak the peanuts in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 1.2ļ¼Preheat the oven to 400āand then turn it off.
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 1.3ļ¼Spread the peanuts on a large baking pan and put them in the oven to dry .
Step 2ļ¼Prepare the Flour Mix
2.1ļ¼In a bowl, Whisk together the flour, milk powder, and salt.
Step 3ļ¼Prepare the Egg Mixture
3.1ļ¼In another bowl, Whisk the egg and sugar together.

Step 4ļ¼CoatĀ the Peanuts
4.1ļ¼SetĀ up the Snackcoater
- Pour the peanutsinto the coating container.
- Set the machine to its minimum speed and start
4.2ļ¼Add a few drops of egg mixtureĀ into the container.
4.3ļ¼Add the flour mixture once the peanuts are covered with the egg mixture.
4.4ļ¼Repeat Step 4.2 and 4.3 until all peanuts are well-coated.
Step 5ļ¼Deep Fry the Peanuts
5.1ļ¼Sift out any excess flour from the coated peanuts.
5.2ļ¼Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Test by placing one peanut in the oil. Start frying when it floats to the top.

Step 6ļ¼Add Chili Powder
