Matcha is packed with antioxidants that help you relax and focus, thanks to its natural caffeine and L-theanine content.

 

Ingredients

  • 3tbsp   Matcha
  • 135g (1cup)   Almond
  • 330g (2 1/4cups)   White Chocolate

 

Directions

 

1. Melt the white chocolate over water or in the microwave.


2.Keep the temperature at 28-30°C(82-86°F)


3. Add the matcha powder to the chocolate and mix well to get a uniform green color.


4. Pour the almonds into the snackcoater.


5.Set the minimum speed then begin coating, add matcha chocolate in small amounts.


6. Allow the coating to set and cool, then add the chocolate coating again.


7. Repeat step 6 until the desired shape and thickness is achieved.


Tips:
1. Use pure cocoa butter chocolate instead of cocoa butter substitute chocolate
2. The higher the cocoa solids content of chocolate, the better the final cooling and molding effect
3. It is recommended to coating in an environment below 22℃/70℉
4. If the chocolate is difficult to solidify, you can use the cold air setting of the fan to accelerate the cooling of the chocolate
