Ingredients
- 2 cups Shelled Raw Peanuts
- 2 tbsp Milk Powder
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 1/3 tsp Salt

Step 1ïŒPrepare the Peanuts
      1.1ïŒSoak the peanuts in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain.
      1.2ïŒPreheat the oven to 400âand then turn it off.
      1.3ïŒSpread the peanuts on a large baking pan and put them in the oven to dry .
Step 2ïŒPrepare the Flour Mix
2.1ïŒIn a bowl, Whisk together the flour, milk powder, and salt.
Step 3ïŒPrepare the Egg Mixture
3.1ïŒIn another bowl, Whisk the egg and sugar together.

Step 4ïŒCoat the Peanuts
4.1ïŒSet up the Snackcoater
- Pour the peanutsinto the coating container.
- Set the machine to its minimum speed and start
4.2ïŒAdd a few drops of egg mixture into the container.
4.3ïŒAdd the flour mixture once the peanuts are covered with the egg mixture.
4.4ïŒRepeat Step 4.2 and 4.3 until all peanuts are well-coated.
Step 5ïŒDeep Fry the Peanuts
5.1ïŒSift out any excess flour from the coated peanuts.
5.2ïŒHeat oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Test by placing one peanut in the oil. Start frying when it floats to the top.
5.3ïŒFry the peanuts until the coating turns golden brown.
5.4ïŒRemove and let cool.
Step 6ïŒAdd Chili Powder
      6.1:  Mix the cooled peanuts with chili powder.
