This homemade cheese popcorn is so addictive!  The cheese flavor is intense and lingers in your mouth!

It’s a perfect addition to any party or a home movie night!

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/3 cup Popcorn Kernels
  • 3 tbsp Margerine
  • 3 tbsp Cheddar Cheese Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil

Directions:


1.Put the Margerine in a bowl and heat until it melts

2.1Prepare a large bowl with a lid, making sure the bowl has enough space to hold the expanded popcorn.

3. Pour the melted Margerine and popcorn kernels, cover the lid, and heat in the microwave for about 2-4 minutes. If you want sweet popcorn, you can also add a small amount of sugar.
(Pay attention to the popping sound of the popcorn, and stop heating when the popping sound interval exceeds 2-3 seconds.)
4. Prepare a measuring cup and add coconut oil.
 (Coconut oil needs to remain in liquid form. If the coconut oil has solidified, it can be heated in water or put in the microwave for 15 seconds to dissolve it)

5. Add Cheddar Cheese Powder to the coconut oil and put it in the microwave for 15 seconds. Take it out and stir evenly.
(Heating is for better coating)
